Apricot juice has a very distinct flavor and can be quite sweet. It is most often combined with a small amount of orange, as in this recipe, to add some acidity and provide a more tangy flavor.

6 ounces (180 ml) (3/4 cup) of fresh apricot
2 ounces (60 ml) of fresh orange sections
1) Cut each apricot in half and remove the pit before juicing!
2) Juice the apricot, followed by the orange sections. Do not juice orange peels if the orange is not organic grown.
