Kale Smoothie with Herbs

Ingredients:
4 ounces (1/2 cup) (120 ml) kale
1 ounce (30 ml) cilantro
1 ounce (30 ml) parsley
4 ounces (1/2 cup) (120 ml) water, it is ok to use ice if you prefer a cold beverage.

Instructions:
1) Blend water, kale, and herbs for 15 seconds – 1 minute (depending on your blender) on high, longer if using ice.
