Pear and Ginger Juice Recipe

Pear juice is thick and sweet, adding ginger gives the drink an exciting tanginess plus the many positive health benefits of ginger.

Ingredients:
1/2 ounce (15 ml) of fresh ginger root (about a 1/4 inch slice)
8 ounces (240 ml) fresh pears

Instructions:
1) Juice the ginger first, then juice the water rich pears to help wash through any remaining ginger.
